Partnership Negotiation: How to Be an Agent of Social Change Without Resorting to Domination Tactics
With Riane Eisler and Karen S. Walch
As agents of personal and social change, many of us understand that we cannot use dominator tactics to create the partnership world we want. But our best intentions to operate with the mindsets and behaviors of partnership can be challenged when we attempt to solve problems or negotiate new agreements with people who come to the table with diverse points of view and power-over tactics.
Partnership Negotiation: How to Be an Agent of Cultural Change Without Resorting to Domination Tactics aired live on May 16, 2019. It was a rich dialog that opened the field for continued conversation on how Quantum negotiation practices, based on neuroscience research, can help us be more effective and more integrated as agents of positive change.
CPS Webinars: Tools for Change
CPS partners with like-minded organizations and experts from many fields to offer live webinars on issues that you care about: early childhood/family relations and neuroscience, gender relations, women’s leadership, how systems of domination are perpetuated, Partnership education and speaker’s training, the inner work of Partnership, Partnership business practices, building a caring economy, racial and environmental justice, and new narratives for the cultural shift from domination to Partnership.
In our webinars you will learn about the roots of the domination worldview, strengthen your capacity for Caring Economy and Partnership Systems literacy, hear real-world success stories of personal and cultural transformation, and learn how to apply effective Partnership principles and practices in your life and your leadership.
“Conscious and responsible cultural transformation is a powerful idea whose time has come... it inspired a truly memorable conversation”. - Beatrice Churu, Kenya, Africa
