Thank you to presenters Riane Eisler and Karen Walch, facilitator Sara Saltee and all those who attended the May 16, 2019 webinar Partnership Negotiation: How to Be an Agent of Cultural Change Without Resorting to Domination Tactics. It was a rich dialog that opened the field for continued conversation on how Quantum negotiation practices, based on neuroscience research, can help us be more effective and more integrated as agents of positive change.

As agents of personal, business, and social change, many of us understand that we cannot use dominator tactics to create the partnership world we want. However our best intentions to operate with the mindsets and behaviors of partnership can be challenged when we attempt to solve problems or negotiate new agreements with people who come to the table with diverse points of view and power-over tactics.
As change agents, we need principles and practices that can help us dismantle the coercive models of domination and rise above outdated negotiation strategies that rely on power-over or win-lose models. In this lively, interactive online event, Riane Eisler, president of the Center for Partnership Studies and Karen S. Walch, Co-creator of Quantum Negotiation Certification programs come together to explore how neuroscience-based Quantum Partnership principles can strengthen our daily personal and professional actions of social change.
Dr. Karen S. Walch, PhD is a Partner at Clair-Buoyant Leadership LLC and co-creator of Quantum Negotiation certification programs.
