Leadership and Learning Programs

Since 2009, CPS’s Leadership and Learning Programs have reached thousands of partnership leaders from all across the United States and countries around the world. Our online classes and webinars create shared foundations of language and understanding, inspire effective action and forge human connections across diverse geography, disciplines, and walks of life.

“Riane Eisler's work provides a sense of liberation and hope. It has given me a new perspective on why there is so much unnecessary pain in our society - and how awareness about the dominator/partnership paradigm can create change towards a more caring, sustainable world”
—Cherri Pruitt | Colorado, USA
maternal & child health consultant, policy analyst

Online Classes

Participants in our online classes learn partnership concepts and language and gain the evidence and tools to shift their communities and organizations away from traditions of domination. Our catalog of self-paced online courses will launch in 2019 with Riane Eisler’s course Changing Our Story, Changing Our Lives. We are also partnering with the Omega Institute to develop an online course which will launch in mid 2019. Additional courses will be rolling out throughout 2019 and beyond.

"Responsible cultural transformation is a powerful idea whose time has come. I believe this is why it inspired such great commitment and engagement from the class - a truly memorable conversation."
—Beatrice Churu | Nairobi, Kenya
Deputy Principal Academic, Tanzaga College

Community Gatherings and Special Events

Our robust partnership community creates opportunities for networking and learning long after the classes are over. Through our online Partnership Learning Community site, program graduates share resources, strategies, and action models and inspire one another to continue the vital work of cultural transformation.

Twice a year, we host online community gatherings for partnership leaders from around the world to share inspiring models and stories about the changes they are making in the world. We also share updates on the Center’s programs and offerings, and inspire one another to continue working for Partnership relations in all aspects of our lives.
