Measuring the Economic Value of Caring for People & Planet
The Center for Partnership Systems is building the Social Wealth Index (SWI), a comprehensive metric of the economic value of the work of caring for people and nature. This index, essential in our time, shows what investments are needed for a better quality of life and a strong economy.
A global team of economists and partners of peer-to-peer expert networks, think tanks, and academics are working with CPS to develop this groundbreaking Social Wealth Index. The goal is to provide the missing data that supports policies and programs that mitigate harmful impacts and increase social justice, inclusion, and gender and racial equity.
