What are the Compassion Games?
Compassion Games: Survival of the Kindest?is a?community engagement experience?that invites people around the world to challenge one another to inspire and promote acts of compassion that better our lives, our communities, and all life on Earth. Learn more at: http://compassiongames.org/
Through the spirit of playful and cooperative competition (?coopetition?), players strive together to:
- Synchronize their intentions with a global community,
- Amplify what?s already working in their local communities,
- Catalyze increased engagement around new and creative initiatives to address local and global challenges,
- and bring a growing culture of compassion to life!
During the Compassion Games, Caring Leaders teams will be competing on a world stage, reporting their caring activities on the Report Map for all to see.
The Compassion Games adapt creatively to any community who wants to embrace and play them. Over the past five years, the Games have mobilized?nearly 500,000 volunteers that have served over 5,400,000 people in 40 countries.
